Who is Rusty?

This question has been asked myriad times over the years by people new to Rusty's, those that have been with Rusty's from the beginning knew Rusty well. Rusty is our founder. A very majestic and handsome guy that, for many years, would greet each and ever customer and their pets at the entrance of Rusty's. He was loved by everyone that got the opportunity to meet him. Rusty was a beautiful, intelligent and loving Sheltie that brought us 14 years of pure joy. He was our inspiration. He will be missed. We plan on being around for many years to come and will continue in Rusty's memory our efforts to serve and protect our best friends.  

Rusty Junior

2002, Rusty Jr. was born and carried on in the name of his well loved predecessor until October 2012. Rusty Jr. however was not a Sheltie but a beautiful Rough Coated Collie with a great and loving personality. Kids and grown ups alike come from all over to just visit Rusty. Rusty loved having his picture taken with people and animals. And, just as Rusty Sr. did, he greeted every customer at the front door everyday. Rusty Jr. has since gone over to the Rainbow Bridge but during his time with us he did a great job of filling the shoes (paws) of Rusty Sr. in a very good way. Rusty Sr. would be pride.

Come meet Rusty The 3rd.

On December 31st. 2012 Rusty Leebo 3rd. was born. He, too, is a beautiful and sweet natured Collie. He, now, has picked up where Rusty Jr. left off, greeting all the wonderful pets and their dads and moms when they visit Rusty's. He truly loves his job as our Good-Well Ambassador. Drop by and say hi. 

Something About Rusty's...

Rusty's has been serving the pets of the San Fernando Valley and surrounding areas since June 6, 1988. We opened Rusty's with one thing in mind: To provide a fun, happy and safe environment for people to bring their pets for services and supplies their pets need to stay happy and healthy, to feel confident leaving their pets in our care. We have been dedicated to the well being of all animals since the day we opened our doors for business. Throughout the years, we have helped find loving homes for thousands upon thousands of abandoned, lost or abused animals by working with many rescue organizations in the Los Angeles area and beyond. All our staff share our love for animals and support our efforts or they would not be a part of the Rusty's Team.

We offer curbside delivery, touch-less home delivery ($50 Min), or you can place orders over the phone and we will bring your order to you and place in your trunk or car. You can also place order and pick up at the store. Please contact us regarding any questions you may have during this time, we are here to help. We want to make sure you are able to take care of your pets in the best way possible.
